In the living room you'll find an office workspace and comfy couch seating! The living room has a large 70'' television that comes equipped with premium Youtube TV for those who would like to access to live sports, news, and staying up to date with their favorite TV shows! The full-sized kitchen comes equipped with everything from a coffee station to help get your mornings started, and plenty of basic necessities to cook from home. Included is a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use!

it was a beautiful apartment. very comfortable and organized. walkable, great location. we had everything we needed. my only problem was that there was a leak in the ceiling that left a puddle on the floor. I’m sure they will take care of it, which is why I’m still giving 5 stars. The responses to my questions during my stay were super fast. the traffic and trains make some noise, that could be a problem if you have trouble to sleep (for us it wasn't a problem and the location was what we wanted so it was fine for us)

If you ever decide to sell… I can’t say enough about this place! The unit itself is very clean, organized and free of clutter. Check in and check out were laid out with every possible detail. The vibe of this place with the windows and decor and the windows with tall industrial ceilings, makes this place an absolute dream home. I will definitely be booking again!

The apartment is a perfect location for a downtown Charlotte visit. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay and was absolutely clean and well stocked with the basics. We have stayed in the building before (different unit) and the construction of the building has one minor issue which some might find difficult; road noise is not well filtered so you will hear vehicles passing.

Nitin and the cohosts were GREAT! Quick responses, the condo was PERFECT! It looked exactly like the photos. Very clean and neat. Easy check in instructions, I felt very safe. 10/10 would recommend! I’m already planning my next trip and I will be staying here again if it’s available.

Great place to stay. Location is perfect walking distance to downtown stops. Easy to get to. Bed was comfortable, space was clean and spacious. The reserved parking space was excellent. With the location being near a busy highway, the traffic was a little loud, (personally for us, who isn't used to lots of traffic) but overall and excellent spot to stay in Charlotte and 5 star, highly recommend!!
