Communication with the host and support team was excellent throughout my stay. Everyone was very responsive and helpful. There was a small misunderstanding initially, but it was handled efficiently and resolved in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated—and I was very pleasantly surprised by how smoothly everything was handled. The loft itself is beautifully decorated, well kept, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed to get me through the week. The space was clean, organized, and very comfortable. I had a great experience overall and would recommend booking with them without reservation.

I’ve stayed here more than once, it’s my favorite place to be while working in Charlotte. Comfortable and colorful, and close to restaurants and stores. Can’t wait to rerturn!

Everything was perfect at thisAirbnb. We flew in from CA for a friend’s weddings and the location was perfect for exploring in between scheduled events. Nitin has very explicit and clear instructions on navigating your way through the apartment building .
