This house was just as listed. Very comfortable. The couple of concerns that we had were acknowledged. Lovely decorations, great kitchen, cozy environment. Quiet area. Very clear instructions with illustration are given as to how you maneuver to, get in, and not get locked out of the home. Owners were very pleasant, responsive, and proactive. Would stay again. The only thing that would have made it better for my crew is if there were more than one tv. Other than that that we had a comfortable placed to lay our heads.

This was the perfect place to stay for our overnight in Charlotte for a concert. Parth is a fabulous host with a lightning fast response time. The place was just as pictured, very clean, comfy beds and pillows, and check in/out was painless. We requested early check in and late check out and received both for a very reasonable fee. Very close to PNC Music Pavilion, Harris Teeter, and restaurants. There were 6 of us staying there and everyone felt at home and were able to gather in the kitchen and living areas to visit comfortably. I would gladly return should the occasion arise for a return trip to this area of Charlotte.

I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb’s and this one was by far the best! The photos looked exactly like the space. The host was so accommodating so proactive and so friendly. Would certainly say this is a 10 out of 10!
