I’ve stayed a couple times, and it’s always clean and tidy. Within walking distance to several places to eat, and at the end of the building so it’s quiet.

Great spot! As others have noted, it is on a relatively busy street so you may hear cars driving past. They are not overly loud, but yes, you do hear them. However, the location is great for good eats (I was in the area for a birthday dinner at a nearby place), nightlife and a straight line (via car or Uber) to downtown Charlotte. Jack was prompt in responding, proactive and his place is perfect for a weekend stay in Charlotte if you don't want to stay in a hotel downtown.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, and communication with Jack was quick and easy. Check-in and check-out were simple, and all instructions were clear. Thank you for being such a great host—highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

This house was just as listed. Very comfortable. The couple of concerns that we had were acknowledged. Lovely decorations, great kitchen, cozy environment. Quiet area. Very clear instructions with illustration are given as to how you maneuver to, get in, and not get locked out of the home. Owners were very pleasant, responsive, and proactive. Would stay again. The only thing that would have made it better for my crew is if there were more than one tv. Other than that that we had a comfortable placed to lay our heads.

We loved the place, it was just the perfect size for what we needed and it was very peace full. Parking was easy to get to and perfect place to walk around and see the local shops. There was a grocery store and convenient store in very close proximity.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable, clean, and peaceful just as pictured. Good, and quick response time during complications with the passcodes.Not to mentioned they were very kind, and always checked on us to make sure we were fine. This was the perfect place to stay for our overnight in Charlotte for a concert. Parth is a fabulous host with a lightning fast response time. The place was just as pictured, very clean, comfy beds and pillows, and check in/out was painless. We requested early check in and late check out and received both for a very reasonable fee. Very close to PNC Music Pavilion, Harris Teeter, and restaurants. There were 6 of us staying there and everyone felt at home and were able to gather in the kitchen and living areas to visit comfortably. I would gladly return should the occasion arise for a return trip to this area of Charlotte.

The Airbnb is in the heart of Plaza Midwood. Perfect location and walkable to coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, etc. The host was super responsive, the apartment was great. Perfect for a weekend trip or longer. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Charlotte!
