I enjoyed my stay here. I just wish there were two parking passes instead of one. Other than that I would for sure book this place again. It was peaceful and just as pictured. I loved the balcony at night.

Jacque is a great host and I would recommend his place to anyone looking to stay in Charlotte. He was attentive to all of our questions and made it easy for us to reach out if we had any concerns. The place and location were great as it’s right in the heart of the city close to restaurants, bars lounges, parks etc. Apartment was super clean with great amenities and was quiet! Jacque is an example of how an Airbnb should be hosted, great experience overall.

Jacques’ apartment was the perfect place to be at while in Charlotte. The check-in instructions were super detailed and clear, and I appreciated the pictures of how to get in the apartment and the parking locations. This made things very easy to comprehend and access. The location was great with fantastic food places near by and night life. I would def stay again.

I book this specific Airbnb every time I come to Charlotte! Seriously every single time. The only issues I had was the bathtub and sink being clogged and a missing remote. But it’s a Roku tv so you can download the app on your phone. Other than that, great stay!

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. We had a small issue arise with the water during our stay but they were immediately responsive and helpful. The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed! Only small thing to note is that the traffic nearby can get a bit loud at night considering it’s nearby to the highway, which is to be expected.

We had a delightful stay in the king studio, which was beautifully appointed and spacious. The warm ambiance made it the perfect retreat, and we truly enjoyed every moment spent there.

5 stars! I loved my stay here! It was super clean and cozy, exactly like the pictures. The host was super nice and easy to get in touch with. The location was right next to everything and in a safe area. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was very clean and well-kept, with everything just as described. The location is super convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and groceries. Check-in was smooth thanks to the clear and detailed instructions from Jacques. Overall, a great stay and I’d be happy to come back!

Jacques place is in an amazing area of Charlotte that is very eclectic, great dining, clubs, shopping and interesting. The unit is truly a great value for the location. The front patio area is neat to watch people, the entire building seems to be well kept. The unit was easy to find, access and very clean. The BEST of the entire listing however is the host! We had an issue and Jacques and his team went above and beyond to address our concern immediately and completely! We will definitely be booking our stay when we come back to Charlotte at this place!
