Second time staying here and won't be the last. This is a very peaceful, quiet and cozy apartment with secure off-street parking. Walking distance to a fabulous bakery and lots of restaurants. It's always very clean and the host is proactive with information and very responsive. My travel takes me to CLT frequently these days and this is the first place I try to book when I'm there.

Nice clean place that looked like the photos. The check-in instructions with photos were very helpful for getting in. Even though there is no elevator, there aren’t many stairs to climb. The place seems like it’s in a nice walkable location. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but the everything else was okay.

I have stayed at many air b&bs and this is one I'd choose again. Very responsive and proactive hosts, lots to do in the area. My fiance and I visited for a Hornets game and enjoyed our weekend getaway.

Great location, walkable to all the Plaza Midwood offerings. The living area is comfortable, with a work desk. We got by in the kitchen, wore ear plugs at night, and used the washer / drier. I would stay again, thank you Jacques!

Great spot, super walkable to wonderful restaurants and bars in Plaza. Tons to do, easy parking in a very high traffic area where parking can be hard to come by.

What a tremendous host and space!! The communication from booking throughout my stay was impeccable. The apartment is large and spacious. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever had at an Airbnb. Plenty of towels and linens, dark curtains to pull to sleep in, and filtered water!! We were very close to lots of activities and walked right into downtown in a matter of minutes. I won’t look to stay anywhere but here on my next visit to Charlotte!

Super clean and spacious place!! Lots of room to spread out in this awesome space. We really enjoyed our stay and it’s only a 10 minute walk to great restaurants, brewpubs and coffee shops. Would definitely go back! By the way, Calle Sol, the Cuban restaurant was AMAZING!

This place was great for a stay in Charlotte for my wife’s 40th Birthday which included a concert at the Spectrum Center which was a close drive. Also there were a lot of local or semi-local restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the ice cream at Two Scoops. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Nice area very walkable lots of bars and restaurants near by. Great directions were given way in advance of check in and self check in was very smooth. The space was very clean would highly recommend and stay again
