Jack's place was very nice and well located. I was able to walk to the grocery store, park, and restaurants all within 5 minutes. Veterans park was a 5 minute walk and it had basketball courts, tennis courts, volley ball, playground, disc golf and a work out court that you can download an app to and workout with. Jack was an amazing host allowing me to check in early because I came in during all the snow and all of Charlotte shut down. I thought that was very thoughtful! I will definitely stay again.

Owners were incredibly responsive and helpful. Their instructions were clear and detailed leaving no uncertainty. The place was quiet, incredibly clean and easy to get in and out of. Great location. Fair price.

I’ve stayed here more than once, it’s my favorite place to be while working in Charlotte. Comfortable and colorful, and close to restaurants and stores. Can’t wait to rerturn!

We were stuck in CLT with a last minute cancelled flight. We booked very late in the evening and had check-in instructions within minutes. Access was simple and easy. The home was sparkling clean and just as described, an excellent value for the price. The backyard is quaint, though given our circumstances we didn’t get to truly enjoy it. Everything was perfect and we would highly recommend!

Even with the weather forcing us to leave early, this bnb with be a great place to stay in again. Close to everything, will be back to watch a Panthers game next year and hopefully I can stay here.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The host was great and provided very clear check-in details. The place looks exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and smells amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Our four-night stay at this perfectly appointed studio was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, check-in (and check-out ) were a breeze—so simple and efficient. The building itself is incredibly quiet, peaceful, and wonderfully cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home. Nitin went above and beyond, checking in with us to ensure everything was as it should be—we genuinely felt cared for and welcomed. The location couldn't have been better for us; walking everywhere is our favorite way to explore, and we enjoyed every step to the MINT museum and Deluxe FUN Dining, where we had an unforgettable, truly fun dining experience. We also met several delightful locals downtown, all of whom were exceptionally friendly and made our trip even more special. We can't wait to come back and sincerely hope the stars align so this amazing studio is available again!

Beautiful place, very clean, and looked exactly like the pictures. The only downside was the bed, it wasn’t comfortable to me but overall an amazing place that I’ll recommend to anyone and definitely a place I’ll book again.

I needed a place to sleep and shower while in town for a convention; all my needs were met. Also several restaurants & bars were walkable, as was a CVS for anything you may have forgotten.
