We loved Nitin's apartment. It was much bigger than the picture showed. Lots of light with really tall ceilings, tons of space and beautiful heart pine floors. We also loved the decor--stylish yet understated, comfortable casual. The the kitchen and bathroom were fabulous. We love this location in Charlotte, near very fun restaurants, bakeries, etc. but the apartment was on a quiet street, no noise in the building, near Chantilly Park. We highly recommend this apartment if you visit Charlotte.

I had a great stay here. Check‑in was incredibly easy, and the place was exactly what I needed for working remotely. The location is walkable to everything! Coffee, food, drinks, so it made my days really convenient. The space itself was comfortable, quiet, and easy to settle into for both work and downtime. Overall, it was ideal for my situation and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

It was a great place to stay and was able to book immediately as we had some issues with travel and needed a place asap. Only recommendation would be to have more utensils in the kitchen. It was a nice place and clean.

What an awesome time we had staying here!! Place looked exactly like the photos and was so bright and cheerful! Place was perfect for a quick trip and was very conducive to WFH. The host was extremely responsive and it was a seamless trip :) location is awesome too!!

This was an absolutely incredible find! Large space with an oversized bathroom and washer/ dryer! The kitchen was state of the art and the island was an added bonus. It was impeccably clean with newer furnishings! Walkable to restaurants and even a bakery! The host was extremely friendly and responsive! We will definitely be staying again when visiting Charlotte!!

We enjoyed our stay! Place is exactly as pictured. Extremely clean. Peaceful and felt safe. Just mins from many restaurants and bars and mins from uptown. Host was wonderful and communicated promptly to answer any questions! 10/10 do recommend!!

The place was clean and fairly easy to find. The check in and out instructions were very clear and easy to follow! The bed was comfy and I slept very well. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating, very friendly! Would def recommend, esp if you’re working anywhere near the hospital like I was-a 4 minute drive to Novant Presbyterian!

Really nice little spot. Quiet. At then end of a hall, next to the parking entrance. Easy access with the key fob. Nice view of uptown from both the living area and bedroom windows. So many really close walkable restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

Beautiful place! Very spacious! Highly recommend if you visiting Charlotte! I felt right at home. So happy with my choice. I only wish I stayed longer! Always a next time! Thank you Nitin for your hospitality! A pleasure!
