Great location! I really enjoyed my stay and my hosts were very attentive. Would recommend for anyone taking a weekend trip to clt, tons of walkable restaurants and things to do nearby.

Very very nice Unit. I try an get it Everytime I’m in Charlotte. Response time is so fast. Nice and clean and they have other units available. 5 stars for sure.

Lovely huge open plan apartment. Lots of space to cook in the kitchen area or relax on the settee and watch TV. The bed was really comfy and there was lots of natural daylight coming thru the windows. The area was very peaceful. I went over to the petrol station most mornings for a coffee. The 9th St Cats blue line station is less than a ten minute walk away or you can walk (15 min) to downtown. Just behind Nitin's apartment are some beautiful old plantation houses which are definitely well worth a look. Thanks Nitin

This studio apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to a list of restaurants and shopping. The king bed was comfortable for my fiancé and I. We loved trying out the all of the restaurants that were close by. I would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Jacques place! He was very nice and really fast at responding when reaching out, check in instructions were so clear and easy, the place was very clean and felt right at home. Everything was almost walkable distance, great near by restaurants and other enjoyable places. We will definitely recommend for a little get away, will definitely book again!

My friends and I stayed here to attend a concert. The location was perfect and the home is beautiful! So clean and had everything we needed. The host was proactive and super friendly! We’d give 10 stars if we could!

We stayed here for our anniversary and we absolutely fell in love with the apartment. Our stay was peaceful, intimate and everything we had in mind. The place looked exactly like the photos and was in perfect condition! The host was incredibly nice and was always in communication! Definitely plan on returning!
