This place was great for a stay in Charlotte for my wife’s 40th Birthday which included a concert at the Spectrum Center which was a close drive. Also there were a lot of local or semi-local restaurants nearby. We particularly enjoyed the ice cream at Two Scoops. The place was very clean and comfortable.

Nice area very walkable lots of bars and restaurants near by. Great directions were given way in advance of check in and self check in was very smooth. The space was very clean would highly recommend and stay again

We attended a concert at Spectrum Center, and Nitin’s rental was the perfect location. Centrally located to all things Charlotte. Communication was very consistent, instructions were clear, and the home was very clean when we arrived. Great experience all around!

Jack was an excellent host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. Great location, easy check-in, and all the essentials were provided. We felt right at home and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend Jack’s place for a comfortable, worry-free stay!

My stay here was great, the place was clean and had a homey vibe. The location was great and near so many stores and restaurants. I felt safe here which was super important for me, and Jacques was very responsive during my stay and clear on instructions for check in and check out.

We only stayed one night, but it was very comfortable for what we needed. It was clean and clutter free. Very close to the PNC Pavilion for live shows and the neighborhood is very cute and quaint.

This apt was a clean, comfortable, convenient well-priced stay super close to the hospital at a time when we needed that. So thankful to Jacques and his team for being such great hosts! A note for light sleepers: Overall, the apartment is super quiet but there’s an elevator nearby that bangs with regular use. For the average/deep sleeper, probably not an issue, but even with earplugs, for me it wasn’t easy to drown out the sounds. Hopefully this will get fixed soon and be a non-issue!
