I needed a place to sleep and shower while in town for a convention; all my needs were met. Also several restaurants & bars were walkable, as was a CVS for anything you may have forgotten.

I had a great stay in Charlotte. The studio apartment exceeded my expectations. It was very well appointed with everything I needed for my stay (including makeup cloths, which I left at home). Little touches like that make you feel at home. Access to the apartment was easy to follow and it was so close to stadium where I attended the Rams vs. Chargers game. Saved a ton of time avoiding traffic. The bed!! So comfy and cozy. I would stay again & recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere close to the BOA Stadium that is centrally located. I value punctual and clear communication, and they nailed it. Having a dedicated parking spot on site was nice too . Thank you for being great hosts and for your flexibility with the checkout hiccup.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was just like the picture, very clean and comfortable. The hosts are amazing, super responsive and friendly. I like that the location is close to everything either by walking or uber. I definitely recommend staying here 10/10 experience

I fell in love with the loft immediately! It was beautifully decorated with a cozy at home feel. I felt relaxed and at home as soon as I walked through the door. Nitin was an AMAZING host. He immediately responded to any questions or concerns I had and made sure that my experience was positive. I highly recommend!!! 😊

Great place, even better location!!! It’s right near Tyron street which has so many plazas, great food spots, and generally close to fun activities! Love how spacious the place is! Great hosts, will stay again.

By far one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. Nitin’s cozy studio near Plaza + Uptown was perfectly curated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as described if not better. This is truly a must-stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The place was very nice and easy to find! We were able to check in at our convenience once arriving into town. Very friendly host who was responsive and nice. Enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely be back if we’re ever in the area.

Staying here was so comfortable, I felt right at home! It has a good location right in Uptown so you’re close to restaurants and different things to do downtown. It would definitely be great for short and long term stays!

Apartment was very nice. Parking was easy and convenient. Very good location. Very short distance from restaurants and bars. We went to a Panthers and Hornets game while in town. Both stadium and arena were very close to apartment. Apartment building felt safe. Also we had an issue the 1st night with a broken shower head. I reached out to Nitin and they responded almost immediately. They had a guy come out and replace shower head 1st thing in the morning. I would stay here again.
