The place was clean and fairly easy to find. The check in and out instructions were very clear and easy to follow! The bed was comfy and I slept very well. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating, very friendly! Would def recommend, esp if you’re working anywhere near the hospital like I was-a 4 minute drive to Novant Presbyterian!

Really nice little spot. Quiet. At then end of a hall, next to the parking entrance. Easy access with the key fob. Nice view of uptown from both the living area and bedroom windows. So many really close walkable restaurants, bars, coffee shops, etc.

Beautiful place! Very spacious! Highly recommend if you visiting Charlotte! I felt right at home. So happy with my choice. I only wish I stayed longer! Always a next time! Thank you Nitin for your hospitality! A pleasure!

This place was beautiful, the bed was comfortable everything is walking distance. The building itself wasn’t hard to find & all the directions to get in were clear and easy to use. Super quiet in the building. Place was exactly as pictured. Loved my stay, would definitely book here again based off of how close everything is.

Plaza Midwood is indeed fantastic. Party central for anyone planning a good time out with friends from brunch to 2am! This apartment is right in the thick of it, by the pubs and cafés and vintage shops. I greatly appreciated the professional communication and ease of entry and exit to the unit. And busy as the area is, only once did I need to find a parking space outside the building lot. No difficulty! I wouldn't advertise this apartment as luxury living, but it sure is more than merely adequate! More space and kitchen and washer/dryer and bathroom and coffee than any nearby hotel! Plenty of sheets, towels, soap, seats, pillows, blankets, etc. all provided. Very good, would stay again.

Our stay was amazing! The check-in was super fast, and we were able to find the building and room super easily as well! Everything was within walking distance, and the city is basically in your backyard! The condo was very cozy and had a charming feeling! If we are to come back to Charlotte anytime soon, this is definitely my number one pick.

Wonderful place to stay at Charlotte. Spacious, Private Secure and Budget friendly. Will definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay for few days. Host was proactive and responsive. Mostly I would love to book again in few days.

Nice apt, easy to get in and out, and the location was perfect for me. The only thing I don't appreciate is the noisy fridge. If you are a light sleeper like me consider bringing earplugs. Other than that I super recommend this place.

Jack was extremely nice and responsive as a host! The space was beautiful and clean. I would recommend a more comfortable couch area for tv watching, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay!
