The place is lovely, easy to access and perfect for a week in Charlotte. The home has everything you would need. Nitin is responsive, and helps make the place easy to use. Plus it has parking if you have a car!

Our stay was amazing! We felt right at home. The outdoor space was great with a large backyard. It fit the four of us very comfortably and had plenty of parking space. Everything was just as described!

Jack and team were very communicative and made for a nice stay. The location was very central and convenient and a good value. One note, the road noise can get quite loud. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs.

We came to town for Pop Warner Cheer & Dance Nationals from Florida and this location was convenient to uptown Charlotte and close to historic Belmont which we enjoyed. The host also stocked the house with plenty of toiletries and household items that we didn’t need to use our own which was nice for a change.

Great host ! Very responsive and checked in multiple times throughout our stay to ensure everything was great. Clean and nice just like the pictures. Great area. Not too far from much of anything. Great prices. Loved it!

Great stay in Charlotte. Very walkable to restaurants and shops. Parking was very easy and made it super convenient to hop in the car and go. Beautiful view of the city skyline at night!!

If you ever decide to sell… I can’t say enough about this place! The unit itself is very clean, organized and free of clutter. Check in and check out were laid out with every possible detail. The vibe of this place with the windows and decor and the windows with tall industrial ceilings, makes this place an absolute dream home. I will definitely be booking again!

Everything was perfect at thisAirbnb. We flew in from CA for a friend’s weddings and the location was perfect for exploring in between scheduled events. Nitin has very explicit and clear instructions on navigating your way through the apartment building .

Lovely space - actually larger than it looks in the listing photographs! Our family of 4 didn't feel cramped at all, and the fold-out bed was quite comfortable. The check-in instructions were exceptionally clear and the location is great.

The apartment is a perfect location for a downtown Charlotte visit. The apartment had everything needed for a short stay and was absolutely clean and well stocked with the basics. We have stayed in the building before (different unit) and the construction of the building has one minor issue which some might find difficult; road noise is not well filtered so you will hear vehicles passing.
